Omnimorpha Snow Truck™

The Omnimorpha Snow Truck™ is a heavy-duty, AI-directed winter operations vehicle that replaces traditional plow trucks with an integrated Omnimorpha Intelligent Snow-Melting System (OISM) built for cities, airports, highways, and critical infrastructure.

Overview

Instead of pushing snow to the side and leaving walls of frozen buildup, the Snow Truck™ ingests snow, melts it, compresses it into blocks, and stores or disposes of it in a controlled way.

Use Case: City fleets, airports, highways, industrial sites · Drive: Electric or hybrid-electric heavy platform (vision stage) · System: Full-scale OISM with modular storage.

Full-Scale OISM Architecture

On the Snow Truck™, the Omnimorpha Intelligent Snow-Melting System is scaled up to manage large volumes of snow continuously.

System Flow

  1. Wide Intake Blade: Forward intake spans the truck width, drawing snow into internal channels.
  2. Primary Melt Chamber: High-capacity melt tanks use electric elements and waste-heat recovery.
  3. Filtration & Separation: Gravel, salt, and debris are filtered for safe disposal.
  4. Compression Cells: Water is fed into high-pressure cells that form dense ice blocks.
  5. Block Storage: Ice blocks are stacked in modular bins within the truck’s rear bay.
  6. AI Disposal Planning: Halia maps disposal zones, staging areas, or reuse strategies.

Design & Operations

The Snow Truck™ is designed as both a showcase and a workhorse — a fleet vehicle that can run through consecutive storms with minimal downtime.

Platform: Heavy-duty truck chassis with OISM superstructure · Storage: Scalable modular block bays depending on route length · Routing: Halia-optimized routes for maximum snow removal per charge.
